Neha is a critical thinker and dedicated law graduate with a Master’s in Business Administration. She brings hands-on experience in corporate and commercial law across India, the United States, and Dubai. Known for her ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, Neha consistently brings enthusiasm, determination, and a strong commitment to delivering results. She previously worked directly under a senior partner, where she was awarded a Certificate of Excellence in recognition of her work and Legal Advice. To further strengthen her legal research capabilities, Neha earned a vLex Proficiency Certificate from the UK, equipping her with advanced research skills using global legal databases. She played a key role in establishing a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) office in Abu Dhabi, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and operational frameworks. Neha has also drafted legal documents for clients, including consultancy agreements, annual retainer agreements, partnership agreements, referral agreements, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements, each tailored to support clients’ commercial goals. Currently, she is preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) for England and Wales. Outside of her professional life, Neha is also a certified Zumba Instructor—a vibrant hobby that reflects her passion for creativity, movement, and well-being.
