Dr. Omar Al Azab is a professional with +20 years of experience in legal and compliance practice. Acted as a compliance manager for leading publicly listed companies, private businesses, and government entities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Amman. He holds a PhD in corporate governance, is a practicing lawyer, and is a certified compliance officer. He has extensive knowledge of Governance and the UAE Commercial Companies Law, such as (DFM, ADX, and SCA) rules and regulations in governance framework Compliance. Dr. Omar Al Azab has experience in Dubai Land Department and RERA laws and regulations, including the rules governing the registration of developers, real estate projects, escrow accounts, owner associations, sale and purchase of off-plan units, property registrations, rental laws, etc. He worked as a Legal Advisor and Compliance Officer in the MINISTRY OF INTERIOR, AMMAN- JORDAN. He has managed government relations with different authorities including DFM, ESCA, RERA, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Economy, Ministry of Finance, etc.
