Shafiq is a trilingual senior counsel and arbitrator with 15 years of intensive practice across various legal domains, including real estate, construction, commercial & corporate law, and arbitration. He has spent 12 years practicing in the UAE and holds dual qualifications as an English solicitor and an Arab lawyer. Shafiq is a DIAC-Listed Arbitrator and an accredited Arbitrator by CIARB-London. Shafiq holds law degrees from a top 10 US law school (LLM with honors), France (Arbitration Diploma), and Palestine (LLB).
